Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to order, contact us at meow@getfurrly.com and we’ll let you know whether we can help.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods and delivery time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed, since they depend on the carrier.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Any applicable shipping costs or options will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Subscriptions
If you’re on a subscription, your recurring orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule. We’ll send a reminder before each order so you can skip, reschedule, or make changes in time.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other factors outside our control. If your order seems stuck, email meow@getfurrly.com and we’ll help track it down.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or damaged in transit
