We want you and your cat to love Furrly Kind Litter. This policy explains our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee, how returns and refunds work, and how to manage a subscription.
Our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee
Give Furrly a full 30 nights. If your cat doesn’t love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund of your purchase price. We’d rather you have a litter your cat actually uses than keep a bag that isn’t working out.
How to start a return or refund
Email meow@getfurrly.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We’ll confirm your refund and any next steps, usually within 1–2 business days.
Because litter is a consumable product, you generally do not need to ship the bag back to receive a guarantee refund. We’ll let you know if anything is needed.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email meow@getfurrly.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Subscriptions, skipping, and cancellations
If you choose a subscription, here’s how it works:
- Your first delivery is discounted (as shown at checkout), and recurring deliveries are billed automatically at the recurring price shown at checkout until you cancel.
- You can skip, reschedule, or change the frequency of your deliveries at any time from your account or by emailing us.
- You can cancel at any time, with no fees or penalties. Cancel before your next order processes to avoid being billed for it.
- We send a reminder before each recurring order, so there are no surprises.
Exchanges
Need a different option? Email us and we’ll help you swap or reorder.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact meow@getfurrly.com and we’ll track it down.
