These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getfurrly.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Stonebay Distribution LLC (“Furrly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a refund. We may also correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel affected orders, even after an order has been submitted.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for your order total, including any taxes and shipping shown at checkout. Promotional prices and discounts apply only as described and may have conditions.

Subscriptions and recurring billing

If you start a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your first delivery may be discounted, and recurring deliveries are billed at the recurring price shown at checkout. You can skip, reschedule, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing meow@getfurrly.com, with no fees. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel before it processes. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee. Those policies are part of these Terms.

Product information

We work to describe our products accurately, but we don’t warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Furrly Kind Litter is a pet product and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice; if your cat has a medical condition, consult your veterinarian.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, infringing others’ rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Furrly name and branding — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Site to learn about and purchase our products. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Customer submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share it in connection with our business. You’re responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonebay Distribution LLC and its owners, employees, and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stonebay Distribution LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and the updated Terms apply to your use of the Site going forward.
